Therapy that meets you where you are
Do you find yourself stuck in the exhausting pursuit of “having it all together”—being the dependable one, the high achiever, the one who rarely asks for help? If this is you, chronic stress can leave both your mind and body overwhelmed, but you don’t have to manage the overwhelm alone.

The individuals I commonly work with are highly self-aware. Perhaps you’ve explored therapy before and understand the ‘why,’ but somehow still feel exhausted by your mind and body running on overdrive. By slowing you down and helping you learn to reconnect with your body, we can help you finally give your mind that break it’s been looking for.

Hi, I'm Jessie
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Los Angeles, CA. I hold a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant University and have experience working in both school-based and private practice settings. I completed my initial clinical training at Counseling Partners of Los Angeles, working closely with students and their families to support academic and emotional development. I then spent a number of years working with adolescents and adults across two different private practice settings.

I believe in an approach that is both insight-oriented and focused on building practical skills to help you manage your emotions and experiences in your day to day life. My work with clients emphasizes both the mind and the body, as the two are intricately intertwined and many of my clients have been long disconnected from the latter.

My style is warm, collaborative, and authentic. You are the expert in your own life, and the skills and strengths you bring to therapy set the foundation for our work. I tailor treatment to your unique needs, often pulling from a variety of approaches including attachment work, relational therapy, ERP, DBT, and CBT.

When I’m not in sessions you can find me walking my puppy Bud with my fiancé, driving up the coast to Santa Barbra for weekends, or trying new food spots around LA.
